After contacting me, you describe the theme of your order: setting, interaction, resolution, usage (ex. desktop or mobile background)

Clear visual reference must be provided unless it is a design commission

Expression, pose, background needs to be described, otherwise you acknowledge that I have full creative freedom regarding these

Upon accepting your order, I will make a rough sketch (1 composition/pose for character art and special commissions, 3 compositions/poses for illustrations)

In the sketch phase, you can request major changes (pose, composition, etc). After the second time I will charge €10 for every alteration.

After you've selected the composition/pose you want, you can send the full payment.

Payment is sent through PayPal, work process resumes after receiving the full amount.

I will not do any major changes after I show you the finished image. However, you can request color correction and noise reduction one time for free, €5 extra for each after that. If i make any design mistakes, those are always corrected free of charge

No refund after I provide you with a final, accepted product.

Final product is at least HD quality unless stated otherwise.

Illustrations are at least 4K quality, unless requested otherwise.

Refunds are given in the event of my inability to complete your order (due to illness, work, etc.)

I will not accept commissions of abuse, brutality, discrimination or any themes punishable by law.

NSFW artwork of consenting adults can be ordered but they won't be posted on my social media. You can request examples in private messages (Telegram). By ordering NSFW commission, you declare that you are over 18 years old, and the characters depicted are over 18 years old.

I reserve rights to the artwork, you cannot remove the signature or claim that it was made by you.

Your order can be used to promote my profile.

You may repost your order to any site with the proper credit given.

You may not use this artwork for profit, ex. you cannot sell prints, designs using the artwork.

I do not consent to anyone using my work as an NFT or data for AI image generators.
